Returns and Refunds:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from B1Clothing Co., we offer the option of a replacement or a full refund. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service Department to request a return authorization within 5 days of receiving your order.
Ship the original, unworn merchandise to the provided return address, including tracking information.
We will consider this return cost as our responsibility to ensure your satisfaction.
Important Note: Please obtain approval from our Customer Service Department before sending any returns. Any returns received without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

Late Delivery or Missing Order:
If you have not received your items 40 days after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives with damaged or defective items, please follow these steps for resolution:

Provide a photo proof of the damaged or defective items along with your order’s shipping label.
Contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking record.
We will promptly offer a replacement for damaged or defective items.
Exceptions:
Please be aware that we typically do not entertain requests for refunds or replacements for errors such as incorrect size selection, design choices, color preferences, or incorrect shipping addresses. If you encounter any issues related to size, design, color, or delivery, please reach out to our Customer Service Department for personalized assistance.

Cancellation & Modification:
If you wish to cancel or make corrections or modifications to your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been forwarded to our fulfillment centers, we are unable to accept cancellations.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account or payment institution again to verify if the refund has been posted.
If you continue to experience delays, contact your payment institution for further assistance.
